Verocine LLC ("Verocine") respects your privacy. This policy explains what we collect, why, and your choices.

Information we collect

• Account data: name, email, password (hashed).
• Payment data: order IDs, amounts and status from Cryptomo. We do not receive your wallet private keys.
• Content: prompts, uploaded images and generated videos.
• Usage & device data: IP address, browser, pages visited, and cookies (see our Cookie Policy).

How we use it

• To provide, secure and improve the service and generate your videos.
• To process payments and send service emails (receipts, plan expiry, password reset).
• To prevent fraud and enforce our policies.
• To comply with legal obligations.

Sharing

We share data only with service providers who help us run Verocine: hosting, payment processing (Cryptomo), AI video model providers (only the prompt and image needed for your video), and email delivery. We may disclose data if required by law. We do not sell or share your personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising.

Retention

We keep account data while your account is active and for up to 3 years afterwards for legal and accounting purposes. You can delete videos at any time.

Security

We use encryption in transit (HTTPS), hashed passwords and encrypted storage of API keys. No method is 100% secure.

Your California privacy rights (CCPA/CPRA)

California residents can request to: know what personal information we collect and how we use it; access a copy; correct it; delete it; and opt out of sale or sharing (we do not sell or share). We will not discriminate against you for using these rights. Submit a request at support@verocine.com. We will verify your identity and respond within 45 days. You may use an authorized agent.

Other US state rights

Residents of Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, Utah, Texas, Oregon and other states with privacy laws have similar rights. Email us to exercise them; you may appeal a denial by replying to our decision.

Children

Verocine is not for anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect children's data (COPPA). Contact us to remove such data.

International users

We are based in the United States and process data there.

Do Not Track

Our site does not respond to Do Not Track signals; we honor Global Privacy Control signals as an opt-out where required.
