Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") are an agreement between you and Verocine LLC ("Verocine", "we", "us"), a company registered in the United States, governing your use of verocine.com and our services. By creating an account you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority where you live) and able to form a binding contract.

2. Accounts

You are responsible for your account credentials and all activity under your account. Tell us immediately at support@verocine.com if you suspect unauthorized use.

3. Plans, credits and payment

• Access requires a paid plan: Monthly, Yearly or Lifetime. Prices are shown in US dollars at checkout.
• Payments are processed in cryptocurrency through Cryptomo. Your plan starts once payment is confirmed.
• Plans do not renew automatically. Monthly and Yearly plans end at the end of the period unless you renew.
• "Lifetime" means for as long as Verocine offers the service, with monthly credits refilled each month.
• Credits have no cash value, are non-transferable and unused monthly credits may not roll over.
• Refunds are covered by our Refund Policy.

4. Your content

You keep ownership of prompts and images you upload ("Inputs") and, to the extent permitted by law, the videos you generate ("Outputs"). You give us a limited license to process Inputs and Outputs only to provide and secure the service. You are responsible for having the rights to your Inputs.

5. Acceptable use

You must follow our Acceptable Use Policy. We may remove content and suspend accounts that violate it.

6. AI output disclaimer

AI output can be inaccurate or unexpected and may resemble existing works. Review outputs before publishing. Similar outputs may be generated for other users.

7. Third-party models

Some videos are generated using third-party AI models. Their availability may change without notice.

8. Intellectual property

The Verocine name, logo, website and software belong to us. See our DMCA Policy to report infringement.

9. Termination

You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or end access for violations of these Terms or the law.

10. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

11. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM IS LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM. WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES.

12. Indemnity

You agree to defend and indemnify Verocine against claims arising from your Inputs, Outputs or misuse of the service.

13. Disputes and governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of [State], USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be resolved by binding individual arbitration, except small-claims matters. You waive class actions to the extent permitted by law.

14. Changes

We may update these Terms. We will post the new version here and update the date above.
