Refund Policy

AI video generation uses paid computing the moment you create a video, so payments are generally non-refundable. We still want you to be happy:

• Failed videos: credits are refunded to your balance automatically.
• Unused plan within 7 days: if you have used fewer than 10% of your credits, contact us within 7 days of purchase for a review.
• Duplicate or wrong payment: contact us and we will refund or apply it to your account.
• Crypto refunds are sent in the same coin to an address you provide, minus network fees. Value is calculated in USD at the time of the refund.

Plans do not auto-renew, so you are never charged again without choosing to renew.
